I've recently purchased Rolex Submariner at Stein Diamonds. I've done some research on google before I made the purchase, Stein Diamonds had the best prices. I went to their location and met Kevin, he was very helpful and attentive. I told him my budget and he told me about all the options I had, Showed me many different timepieces, I tried some of them on. Great place, definitely the best when it comes to Rolex timepieces.

I just purchased a "Mint" Rolex Submariner from Stein Diamonds . The Rolex Sub literally looked " unused " with the cellophane strip still on the inside of the crown. Shipping was overnight, the Price was fantastic and the service and followup by Joseph Halpert was excellent. Stein's inhouse 5 year Service warranty on high end watches replicates the same warranty offered by Rolex USA on their new watches.I highly recommend this Jeweler for Rolex Watches. They have earned my future business.

Had an excellent experience working with Stein Diamonds on a recent internet purchase of a high-end, hard to find watch. This was the largest, sight-unseen purchase I had ever made through a company that I had never worked with before. Despite my apprehension, I found that the transaction could not have gone smoother and that the company's customer support was extremely professional every step of the way. The entire transaction took about one week from start to finish (delivery) and the watch that they delivered exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Stein Diamonds to family and friends. Their prices, customer service and overall professionalism was outstanding in every way.

I dealt with Joseph and he was awesome! I purchased a high-end Hublot watch from Stein Diamonds. They had the best price in the US, Europe and anywhere else we looked. Their facility is extremely secure with a "mouse trap" security feature upon entering. The service was second to none with direct one on one interaction and no waiting around. Easy to reach them via telephone and they are prompt with any correspondence. I would definitely start here when looking for any jewelry!

Purchased a Rolex from Joseph at Stein Diamonds and received stellar service. The watch did say it came with original box and my first shipment did not include it, I was a bit discouraged but I reached out to them and they IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation or hassle righted their wrong. I had the box 3 days later. I would 10/10 do business with them again. Especially since the watch came in MINT as described. I was hesitant to do business for a large purchase over the internet/phone but it worked out amazingly well thanks to Joseph.

I chose Stein Diamonds for my first luxury watch purchase because of the amazing reviews, and they definitely delivered. Joseph was outstanding in his customer service and he made the whole process easy- from ordering the watch to paying, to free overnight delivery! I cannot stress enough how much I love Stein Diamonds. I will 100% be doing business with Joseph at Stein in the future.

I purchased a vintage Rolex Datejust 1601 from them that they posted on EBay in 2011. Kept the watch for many years then decided to sell the watch. Stein Diamonds purchased the watch from me at a very fair price and thank you Joseph!

Purchased 3 Rolex watches from Stein Diamonds over the past few years. Most recent one in November of 2016. Joseph Halpert helped me out with the most recent transaction. He was very helpful, and professional. Also price matched with another reputable online retailer. Stein offers a lifetime warranty on Rolex which I think is invaluable. The warranty lead me to purchase from them the first time around. The warranty, customer service, authenticity of product, and price keeps me coming back. Highly Recommend!
